    Application & Enrolment Process

    1. Download the application form from the website or  Apply Online
    2. Complete all sections of the form — incomplete applications will delay the enrolment process 
    3. Attach required documents: government-issued ID, educational certificates, passport photograph 
    4. For VLOS and BVLOS: obtain a Third-Class Aviation Medical Certificate from an NCAA-authorised examiner before the course start date 
    5. Submit to admissions@arcoaviationacademy.ng or in person at the Admissions Office, Port Harcourt 
    6. Applications are screened for eligibility — course fees and intake date confirmation will be shared after screening

    7. Needs Assessment: ARCO audits your team’s current drone capabilities and identifies skill gaps and compliance requirements

    8. Bespoke Curriculum: Courses customised to your specific fleet (e.g., DJI Matrice, fixed-wing), your operating environment (offshore, pipeline, agricultural), and your regulatory obligations

    9. Flexible Delivery: Options include full immersion at the Port Harcourt Academy, off-site training at your facility, or blended delivery
